A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Carrie and Chris at Lake Nockamixon to shoot some husband and wife portraits. I had the pleasure of meeting Carrie about two years ago at St. Luke’s School of Nursing. We both spent the past 20 months in an intense program to become Registered Nurses. It was a long and intense program, so to say we are both relieved it is over, is an understatement. So, when Carrie reached out to me after graduation about photos of her and her husband, I was more than eager to schedule a time! Finally, doing something with a fellow nursing student other then studying or going to clinical together!
From the moment I met Chris and Carrie at the lake, I knew it was going to be an awesome session. Carrie and Chris have been married almost three years, but they still exude that newlywed spark! They both love bicycles, to be goofy, sailboats, and they both love the outdoors. Throughout the whole session, it was evident they love to have fun, and love being outside!
Also, these two are always up for an adventure. For those of you who have had the pleasure of experiencing a session with me, you may know I might ask you to do some crazy things. But do not worry, “feels weird, looks great!” Thank you Carrie and Chris for trusting me throughout the session, even when it felt weird. I had such a great time with the two of you, and look forward to continue reading the narrative of your love story!
