Happy Wednesday friends! How are we halfway through June already? I feel like it is still March, am I right? Last month, I had the wonderful opportunity to do family photos for this wonderful family! The Mitchell family recently moved back to NY from CT. We connected with them through Mackenzie’s brother, who is another local pastor in the area. After helping them move and spending Superbowl Sunday with them, we quickly became good friends! Mackenzie works at Albany Medical Center in the Pediatric Emergency Department, which is definitely not for the faint of heart!
Shortly after moving back here, the Mitchell’s started coming to our church. Now Aaron is one of the main tech guys, and their kiddos are a joyous addition to our children’s program called Awana that we run every Sunday. Not only are the kids well-behaved, but they are so fun and will always make you laugh!
When Mackenzie reached out for family photos, I was so excited! And I will let the photos speak for themselves, but the whole session was filled with giggles, laughter, and running! Honestly, joyful children is such good medicine for your heart! The best part of the session was when I told everyone to look at daddy and the children burst out into genuine belly laughter!
