Wow. Where to even begin. On October 6, 2018 I had the opportunity to photograph the wedding of Kelly and Scott at Tyler Gardens in Newtown, PA. I met Kelly last August when we both started the nursing program at St. Luke’s School of Nursing. We both were in the same clinical group together, along with some other awesome people! Since then, I got to meet Scott, and hang out several times with the two of them as a couple.
Let me just tell you, Kelly and Scott are couple goals. They are both so hard-working and caring! When I found out Scott proposed this past August, I excitedly texted Kelly to see if she wanted engagement photos. Due to the fact that they were going to get married in three months, Kelly instead asked if I would be her wedding photographer. To say I was excited is an understatement. Kelly you are amazing for planning a wedding in less than three months, while being in nursing school! Kelly and Scott, your wedding was an absolute DREAM and I am beyond thankful you asked Gretchen and I to be a part of it!
Pro-tip to brides. Get a space that is bright, airy, and beautiful to get ready in. Kelly and her bridal party got ready at this AMAZING house not far from the venue. I was overwhelmed with the size and beauty of the house! I totally would have been okay if Kelly and Scott had the wedding at this house! But the venue was just as amazing! Even though it looked like it would rain, the weather held out for Kelly and Scott’s beautiful outdoor ceremony! And all I have to say is you guys sure know how to party! Thanks again for entrusting Gretchen and I with such a special part of your day!
