The air was cool. The wind was blowing. It was time for the first look.
Angela hiked up her 7-layer wedding dress, and made her way towards her dad. This was a moment I wish I could have frozen in time.
Ed sighed and took a long deep breath in. He was ready to see his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time.
“Okay, you may turn around now,” I said to Ed. Slowly he turned around, and beheld his beautiful daughter.
Tears flowed down both of their cheeks as they embraced. Daddy’s little girl was all grown up, in a white dress, ready to marry her Prince.
What felt like 30 minutes, was not even 5 minutes in the 10 hour wedding day. But the bond between Angela and her dad is something I want to remember forever…
Two words that come to mind when I think of Angela and Brent are kind and majestic. Everywhere they go, they light up the room with their warm smiles and kind hearts.
I felt this immediately when I met them a year ago to shoot their engagement session. And I felt this throughout their whole wedding day.
Angela and Brent, thank you for making my job feel like a dream! I am so excited for you as you navigate this new journey as husband and wife!
